Data Breaches

 

In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. We will also inform the affected individuals without undue delay.

This Modern Slavery Statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps that Story & Image Ltd has taken to address the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains during the financial year ending 31 March 2024.
Our Business
Story & Image Ltd is a leading public relations company based in the UK, specialising in strategic communications, media relations, and digital marketing. We are committed to operating our business ethically and with integrity, ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our operations or supply chains.
Our Policies
We have implemented a range of policies and procedures to mitigate the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains, including:

  • Code of Conduct: Our Code of Conduct sets out the standards and behaviours we expect from all employees, including a commitment to human rights and the prohibition of forced labour and human trafficking.

  • Supplier Code of Conduct: Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires our suppliers to adhere to the same high standards of ethical behaviour, including the prohibition of modern slavery and human trafficking.

  • Whistleblowing Policy: Our Whistleblowing Policy encourages employees and third parties to report any concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking without fear of retaliation.

Due Diligence
To identify and mitigate the risks of modern slavery, we have undertaken the following due diligence activities:

  • Risk Assessment: We conduct regular risk assessments of our operations and supply chains to identify areas where the risk of modern slavery may be highest.
